How fast do I get my gear?

Fast. Once you checkout, verified orders ship within 24 hours.

Orders ship from our Los Angeles Store. Our team of service professionals work 24/7 to ensure that your order is accurate and on time. We’ll follow up with an email after your package is out the door and send tracking info, making sure you get quick delivery and know when it’s hitting your doorstep.

Orders placed before 5 p.m., Eastern Time, usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after 5 p.m., Eastern Time, will ship no later than the following business day.

    • Verified credit card orders shipped via Standard Ground typically arrive in just 3-5 business days.
    • All delivery times are measured in business days.
    • Standard delivery is not available on weekends.
    • If in-stock items on the order have already shipped, back order items will be sent UPS Standard Ground.
    • Although a delay is rare, all orders are subject to a 24-hour delay to verify billing information with the credit card issuer. This hold may be necessary to protect you from credit card fraud and identity theft.
    • Orders shipping outside the Lower 48 States to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can only be shipped via air services and will arrive via USPS Standard Post.
    • Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is limited to 70 lb. per box and is subject to the same restrictions as domestic deliveries.
    • Orders shipping to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.) are shipped by USPS (6-10 business days).
    • International APO/FPO destinations may require additional delivery time. NOTE: Boxes over 70 lb. each cannot be shipped to these locations.
    • We are not able to ship Yamaha products to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.

    All items purchased from JMC's are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
